NEST Scientific 6-well polycarbonate (PC) membrane transwell inserts — designed for co-culture experiments and transport studies requiring large membrane surface area. The 6-well format (4.67 cm²) generates enough material for protein extraction or RNA isolation from the migrated cell population. PC membrane's uniform pore structure provides consistent permeability for drug transport and barrier integrity assays (TEER). Available in 0.4µm, 3.0µm, and 8.0µm pore sizes with TC-treated and non-treated options. 6 inserts per pack.
