NEST Scientific 12-well PET membrane transwell inserts — the standard format for cell migration and invasion assays. The 12-well format provides larger growth area per insert (1.12 cm²) than 24-well, making it ideal for harvesting sufficient cells for downstream protein or RNA analysis. PET membranes offer excellent optical clarity for transmitted-light microscopy and are chemically resistant to common fixatives and staining reagents. Available in 0.4µm, 1.0µm, 3.0µm, and 8.0µm pore sizes with TC-treated and non-treated options. 12 inserts per pack.
